You must be EITHER a registered RAC apprentice OR a registered full-time student in a relevant discipline. Phase 1 apprentices should enter "Phase 1" in the box. Apprentices on Phase 3, 5 or 7 can give the name of the college / training centre they most recently attended.

Principal activities of the organisation in which you work should be clearly stated e.g. RAC Contractor, Manufacturer of Refrigeration Equipment or Products, Wholesaler, Distributor, Consulting Engineers, Cold Store, Educational Institution, Public Utility, Government Body, End User of Refrigeration.

e.g., Service Engineer, responsible for installation, service and maintenance of RAC units, mostly commercial refrigeration.

Give details of previous positions held, including dates employed, the name of the previous employers and their principal business activity. This information may be useful to the Council when they are determining the grade of membership that applies. See Membership Criteria for further details.

Give details of any formal qualifications you have obtained. For each qualification, include the name of the qualification, the awarding body (e.g., FETAC, City and Guilds), and the date you received the award. You can also include here details of any other relevant training that you have completed that may not have resulted in a formal qualification. Please note that copies of certificates may be requested to support your application, at the discretion of the membership committee.
